The BC817-40LT1G is an NPN silicon bipolar junction transistor manufactured by onsemi (formerly ON Semiconductor). It is designed for general-purpose amplification and switching applications.
Key electrical specifications include a collector-emitter breakdown voltage (VCEO) of 45V, collector-base voltage (VCBO) of 50V, and emitter-base voltage (VEBO) of 5.0V.
