The BC817-25W-7 is a 45V NPN small signal transistor manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It features a continuous collector current rating of 500mA and a peak current of 1A, making it suitable for switching and amplifier applications. The device offers a DC current gain (hFE) of 160 minimum at 100mA, 1V, and a transition frequency of 100MHz.
This transistor is housed in a compact SOT323 surface mount package, which is ideal for automatic insertion and high-density PCB designs. The package is made of green molding compound with UL94V-0 flammability rating, and the leads are matte tin plated for solderability.
