This BC817-25LT3G is a general purpose NPN bipolar junction transistor manufactured by On Semiconductor. It features a collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) of 45V, collector-base voltage (VCBO) of 50V, and emitter-base voltage (VEBO) of 5V. The continuous collector current is rated at 500mA. The DC current gain (hFE) is in the range of 160 to 400 at IC=100mA, VCE=1V, with a minimum of 40 at IC=500mA, VCE=1V. Collector-emitter saturation voltage is 0.7V maximum at IC=500mA, IB=50mA, and base-emitter on voltage is 1.2V maximum at IC=500mA, VCE=1V.
