The BC807-25W-7 is a PNP small signal transistor from Diodes Incorporated, designed for switching and AF amplifier applications. It features a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 45V and a continuous collector current of 500mA (1A peak). The DC current gain (hFE) is minimum 160 at 100mA, 1V, and the transition frequency is typically 100MHz.
