The BC558BTA is a PNP bipolar junction transistor from On Semiconductor. It features a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 30V and a maximum collector current of 100mA. The DC current gain (hFE) is at least 200 at 2mA collector current and 5V collector-emitter voltage. The saturation voltage (Vce sat) is 650mV maximum at 5mA base current and 100mA collector current.
