The Samtec BBL-112-G-E is a .100" (2.54mm) low profile single row screw machine terminal strip designed for board-to-board stacking applications. It features 12 positions in a single row with a pitch of 2.54mm (0.100"). The connector uses through hole mounting with solder termination and has an unshrouded push-pull fastening type.
The insulator is molded from black Liquid Crystal Polymer (LCP) with an insulation height of 1.78mm (0.070"). Contacts are machined from phosphor bronze or brass with a 20 µ" (0.51 µm) gold plating over 50 µ" (1.27 µm) nickel. The contact shape is circular with a contact length of 2.67mm (0.105") and an overall contact length of 7.62mm (0.300").
