The BB202 is a low-voltage variable capacitance diode (varicap) fabricated in planar technology and encapsulated in an ultra-small SMD plastic package (SOD-523). It is designed for electronic tuning applications such as FM radio and Voltage Controlled Oscillators (VCO).
