The BB181 is a variable capacitance diode fabricated in planar technology and encapsulated in the SOD523 (SC-79) ultra small plastic SMD package. It offers excellent linearity and is designed for electronic tuning applications in satellite tuners, tunable coupling, and VCOs. Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 30V, forward current of 20mA, and a capacitance ratio (C0.5V/C28V) ranging from 12 to 16.
