The BAX16TR is a standard general-purpose rectifier diode manufactured by On Semiconductor. It is designed for small-signal applications requiring up to 200mA of average rectified current and a maximum reverse voltage of 150V.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 650mV at 1mA forward current and a reverse recovery time of 120ns. The device is rated for a junction operating temperature up to 175°C.
The diode is housed in a through-hole DO-35 (DO-204AH) axial-lead package, suitable for manual or wave soldering assembly. It is RoHS3 compliant and has an MSL of 1 (unlimited).
