The Infineon BAW78C is a standard recovery rectifier diode designed for general purpose rectification applications. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 200V and a maximum average rectified current of 1A. The forward voltage drop is 1.6V at 1A forward current. With a reverse recovery time of 1µs and a typical junction capacitance of 10pF, it is suitable for low-speed switching and power supply circuits.
