The BAW56TA is a general purpose fast recovery diode array from Diodes Incorporated. It consists of two diodes in a common anode configuration. The device is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 75V and an average rectified current of 300mA. The forward voltage is 1.25V at 150mA forward current. The reverse recovery time is 4ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications. The junction operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
