The BAW156T-7-F is a surface mount low leakage diode array from Diodes Incorporated. It features a 1 pair common anode configuration, with each diode rated for a maximum DC blocking voltage of 85V and an average rectified current of 215mA (single diode) or 125mA (double diode). The device offers a low forward voltage of 1.1V at 50mA and a very low reverse leakage current of 5nA at 75V. Reverse recovery time is 3µs.
