The BAW156-7-F from Diodes Incorporated is a dual surface mount low leakage diode array. It features two standard diodes with a common anode configuration, each rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 85V and an average rectified current of 140mA. The forward voltage is 1.1V maximum at 50mA, with a reverse leakage current of only 5nA at 75V. The reverse recovery time is 3µs. This device is suitable for general purpose switching and signal processing applications requiring low leakage. The package is a SOT23-3 surface mount package with matte tin terminals and a molded plastic body rated UL 94V-0. It is moisture sensitivity level 1 and weighs approximately 0.008 grams.
