The BAV99T-TP is a dual series-connected switching diode array designed for general purpose switching applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 85V and a continuous forward current rating of 75mA. The device offers a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns (tested at IF=10mA, IR=10mA), making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
Electrical characteristics include a forward voltage of 1V maximum at 50mA, low leakage current of 2.5µA at 75V, and a typical junction capacitance of 1.5pF. The diode array can dissipate up to 150mW and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
The BAV99T-TP is housed in a compact SOT-523 surface mount package, ideal for space-constrained designs. It is halogen free and meets UL 94 V-0 flammability rating. The device is supplied in tape and reel packaging for automated assembly.
