The BAV99LT1G is a dual series switching diode from On Semiconductor, designed for high-speed switching applications. Each diode in the series pair has a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and a forward current rating of 215mA. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 6 ns, making it suitable for high-frequency circuits. It also offers a low forward voltage of 715 mV at 1 mA and 1.25 V at 150 mA.
The diode array is packaged in a compact SOT-23-3 surface-mount package, ideal for space-constrained designs. It is rated for operating temperatures from -65°C to 150°C.
