The BAV99HDWQ-13 is a surface mount switching diode array from Diodes Incorporated. It combines two BAV99 circuits in a single SOT-363 package, using a 2-pair series connection configuration. The device is rated for 100V reverse voltage and 200mA forward continuous current, with a typical forward voltage of 1.25V at 150mA and a typical reverse recovery time of 4ns.
The array is designed for fast switching and low leakage applications. Reverse leakage is 500nA at 8V, and peak forward surge current ratings reach 4A at 1µs. Power dissipation is 250mW, with thermal resistance of 500°C/W junction-to-ambient and 260°C/W junction-to-solder point.
Packaged in a SOT-363 (SC-88) surface mount case, the device weighs approximately 0.006g and uses matte tin plated terminals. It is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, halogen and antimony free, and rated MSL 1. Qualified to AEC-Q101 standards and PPAP capable, it supports automotive and high-reliability applications.
