The BAV99BRW-7-F is a quad surface-mount switching diode array from Diodes Incorporated. It integrates two BAV99 series-connected diode pairs in a single SOT-363 package, enabling fast switching performance for general-purpose applications. The device can be easily configured as a full-wave bridge.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 75V, a forward current rating of 150mA, and a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns. Forward voltage is 1.25V maximum at 150mA and 0.715V maximum at 1mA. The diode array also features low capacitance of 2pF, suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
The device is housed in a molded plastic SOT-363 package with matte tin termination finish. It is rated UL 94V-0 for flammability and is MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020D. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 3000 pieces. It is RoHS3 compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free ("Green" device).
