The BAV99 from Diotec Semiconductor is a fast recovery diode array configured as a 1 pair series connection. It is designed for general-purpose switching applications requiring high-speed performance. The device features a maximum reverse voltage of 85V and a forward current rating of 0.21A, with a forward voltage of 1.25V at 150mA.
