The BAV74LT1G is a monolithic dual switching diode array manufactured by On Semiconductor. It integrates two diodes in a common cathode configuration, each with a maximum reverse voltage of 50V and a forward current of 200mA. The device features a fast reverse recovery time of 4.0 ns and a low forward voltage of 1.0V at 100mA. Diode capacitance is 2.0 pF, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications.
