The BAV70Q-13-F from Diodes Incorporated is a dual surface-mount switching diode with a 1 pair common-cathode configuration. It is designed for general-purpose switching applications and features a fast reverse recovery time of 4 ns. The device has a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 75V and a continuous forward current rating of 300mA. The forward voltage is 1.25V at 150mA. The diode is housed in a SOT-23-3 package and is surface-mount compatible. The package is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and has matte tin terminals. The device is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free. Moisture sensitivity level is 1 per J-STD-020.
