The BAV303-TR is a small signal switching diode from Vishay Semiconductors, featuring a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 250V and a reverse voltage of 200V. It is designed for general purpose applications requiring high voltage handling in a compact surface mount package.
With a maximum forward continuous current of 250mA and a peak forward surge current of 1A (tp=1s), this diode offers fast recovery times of up to 50ns. The forward voltage is typically 1V at 100mA, and reverse current is 100nA at 200V, increasing to 15µA at 100°C. Junction temperature is rated up to 175°C, with a storage temperature range of -65°C to +175°C.
