The BAV3004WS-7 is a surface mount high voltage diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is a standard recovery diode with a DC blocking voltage of 300V and an average rectified current of 225mA.
Electrical characteristics include a forward voltage drop of 1.25V maximum at 200mA, a fast reverse recovery time of 50ns, low leakage current of 30nA typical at 240V, and a junction capacitance of 5pF at 0V. The diode can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 4A for 1μs.
The device is housed in a SOD323 surface mount package with a weight of 0.004 grams. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C and has a power dissipation of 200mW. The package is molded with green molding compound, UL 94V-0 rated, and terminals are matte tin over Alloy 42 leadframe.
