The BAV23S is a small signal diode array from On Semiconductor featuring a 1 pair series connection configuration. It is rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 250V and an average rectified forward current of 200mA.
Electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1.0V at 100mA and 1.25V at 200mA, a maximum reverse leakage current of 100nA at 250V, and a minimum breakdown voltage of 250V at 100µA. The reverse recovery time is a maximum of 50ns under test conditions of IF=IR=30mA, IRR=3mA, RL=100Ω.
Thermal characteristics show a maximum power dissipation of 350mW and a typical junction-to-ambient thermal resistance of 357°C/W. The operating junction temperature range is up to 150°C with a storage temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
The device is housed in a surface mount SOT-23-3 package (also known as TO-236-3 or SC-59) and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel.
