The BAV23C-7-F is a surface mount high voltage dual switching diode from Diodes Incorporated, configured as a common cathode pair in a SOT-23 package. It is designed for fast switching applications with a reverse recovery time of 50ns and a forward voltage of 1.25V at 200mA.
This diode array offers a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 250V and a DC blocking voltage of 200V, with a maximum forward continuous current rating of 400mA. It can handle non-repetitive peak forward surge currents up to 9A for 1µs pulses, making it suitable for applications requiring transient protection.
The device is housed in a molded plastic SOT-23 package with gull wing leads, rated UL 94V-0 for flammability. It is fully RoHS3 compliant, totally lead-free, and halogen and antimony free. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C, and it is moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020.
