The BAV23A-7-F is a surface mount dual switching diode array from Diodes Incorporated. It consists of two high-voltage switching diodes with a common anode configuration, designed for fast switching applications. The device offers a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 250V and a working peak reverse voltage of 200V, with a continuous forward current rating of 400mA.
