The BAV21WS-E3-08 is a high-voltage small signal switching diode from Vishay Semiconductors. It is designed for general purpose switching applications requiring fast recovery times. The diode has a continuous reverse voltage rating of 200V and a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 250V. It can handle a DC forward current of 225 mA and an average rectified current of 200 mA.
