The BAV21-TAP is a high-voltage small signal switching diode from Vishay Semiconductors, part of the BAV17-BAV21 series. It is designed for general purpose switching applications requiring fast recovery and high voltage capability.
Key electrical specifications include a repetitive peak reverse voltage (V_RRM) of 250V, reverse voltage (V_R) of 200V, forward continuous current (I_F) of 250mA, and peak forward surge current (I_FSM) of 1A.
