The BAV20WS-7-F from Micro Commercial is a high voltage fast switching diode suitable for general purpose switching applications. It offers a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 200V and a continuous forward current of up to 250mA.
This diode is designed for surface mounting, making it ideal for automated insertion processes. Its mechanical data includes a SOD323 case made from molded plastic with a UL Flammability Classification Rating of 94V-0. The terminals are matte tin finished over an alloy 42 lead frame, solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum forward voltage of 1.0V at 100mA and 1.25V at 200mA. The peak reverse current is rated at 100nA at 25°C and 15µA at 100°C. It also features a low total capacitance of 5.0pF and a reverse recovery time of 50ns.
