The BAV199DWQ-7-F is a quad surface mount low leakage diode array from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general purpose switching and signal conditioning applications. It features two pairs of series-connected diodes with a reverse breakdown voltage of 85V and a forward continuous current rating of 140mA per diode (160mA when operating a single diode).
The device offers very low leakage current (5 nA maximum at 75V reverse voltage) and a fast reverse recovery time of 3 µs, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits. The forward voltage is typically 1.1V at 50mA forward current.
