The BAV170-7-F is a dual surface mount low leakage diode array manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for general purpose switching and signal conditioning applications where low leakage current is critical.
Key electrical specifications include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 85V, a forward continuous current of 125mA per diode (double diode operation), and a forward voltage of 1.1V at 50mA. The device offers a very low reverse leakage current of 5nA at 75V and a fast reverse recovery time of 3µs.
The BAV170-7-F is housed in a compact SOT-23-3 surface mount package with a matte tin finish lead-free plating. It is rated for operation over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and has a maximum power dissipation of 250mW. The package is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and is moisture sensitivity level 1 per J-STD-020.
