BAV16WS-7-F is a surface-mount fast switching diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general-purpose switching applications. It features a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 75V and a non-repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V. The diode can handle a continuous forward current of 300mA and an average rectified current of 150mA, with a forward voltage drop of 1.25V at 150mA. The reverse recovery time is 4ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching.
