The BAV116WSQ-7 is a surface mount low leakage diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general purpose rectification and signal switching applications. It offers a reverse breakdown voltage of 85V (minimum) and a forward continuous current rating of 215mA. The diode features ultra low leakage current of only 5nA at 75V reverse voltage, making it suitable for battery-powered and high-impedance circuits. Forward voltage is specified at multiple current levels: 0.9V at 1mA, 1.0V at 10mA, 1.1V at 50mA, and 1.25V at 150mA. Total capacitance is typically 1.5pF, and reverse recovery time is 3µs. The device is housed in a SOD-323 (SC-76) surface mount package, with a weight of 0.004 grams. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for automotive reliability and is PPAP capable.
