The BAV116W-7-F is a surface mount low leakage diode designed for general purpose rectification and signal switching applications. Manufactured by Diodes Incorporated, this diode offers a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 130V and a forward continuous current rating of 215mA. It features a very low leakage current of typically 5nA at 75V reverse voltage, making it suitable for high-impedance circuits.
The device is housed in a compact SOD-123 surface mount package, ideal for automated assembly. The package is molded from green, UL 94V-0 rated plastic and features matte tin terminals for excellent solderability. The diode is rated for operation over a junction temperature range of -65°C to +150°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 250mW.
This diode is fully RoHS compliant and lead-free, and is also halogen and antimony free, meeting modern environmental standards. It is available in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 3000 pieces per reel.
