The BAV116T-7 is a standard recovery surface mount diode designed for general purpose rectification. It offers a DC blocking voltage of 85V and an average forward current of 100mA.
Electrical characteristics include low forward voltage: 0.77V at 1mA, 0.85V at 10mA, 1.1V at 50mA, and 1.25V at 150mA. Ultra-low reverse leakage current of 5nA at 75V. Reverse recovery time is 3µs. Low capacitance of 2pF.
