The BAT760-7-36 is a surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified output current of 1A. The diode offers a low forward voltage drop of 550mV maximum at 1A, which enhances efficiency in low voltage applications. It also exhibits low leakage current, typically 10µA at 5V reverse voltage, and a total capacitance of 25pF at 5V and 1MHz.
The device incorporates guard ring construction for transient protection and is designed for fast switching applications. It is suitable for use in low voltage, high frequency rectification, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection circuits.
The BAT760-7-36 is housed in a SOD-323 (SC-76) surface mount package, which is small and lightweight, weighing approximately 0.004 grams.
