The BAT760-7 is a surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low voltage, high speed switching applications. It offers a very low forward voltage drop of 550 mV at 1 A, which reduces power dissipation and improves efficiency in rectification circuits. The diode features a guard ring construction for transient protection and high conductance, making it suitable for polarity protection, freewheeling, and DC-DC converter output stages.
