The BAT750TA is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for surface mount applications and features a very low forward voltage drop of 490mV at 750mA, which reduces power dissipation. The diode has a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified current of 0.75A. With a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns, it is suitable for high-frequency switching in DC-DC converters, PCMCIA, and mobile telecommunications applications. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 5.5A (8.3ms single half sine-wave). Junction capacitance is 25pF at 25V and 1MHz. The diode is packaged in a SOT23-3 surface mount package with matte tin plated leads. It is fully RoHS compliant (RoHS3), lead-free, and halogen-free (Green device). The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +125°C, and the thermal resistance from junction to ambient is 286°C/W.
