The BAT750-7 is a Schottky diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and an average rectified current of 750mA. The forward voltage is typically 490mV at 750mA, enabling efficient operation. With a reverse recovery time of 10ns, it is suitable for fast switching circuits. The diode is surface mounted in a SOT-23-3 package, also available as TO-236-3 and SC-59.
