The BAT54WX-TP is a Schottky barrier diode designed for low-voltage, high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 30V and an average forward current rating of 200mA. The diode offers a low forward voltage drop, with a maximum of 800mV at 100mA and a typical forward voltage of 500mV at 100mA, enabling efficient rectification in low-power circuits.
This device is characterized by an extremely fast switching speed with a maximum reverse recovery time of 5ns, making it suitable for high-frequency applications. The maximum reverse leakage current is 2µA at 25V, and the typical junction capacitance is 10pF at 1V and 1MHz. The diode can dissipate up to 200mW of power and operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
The BAT54WX-TP is housed in a compact SOD-523 surface-mount package, which is ideal for space-constrained designs. It is RoHS compliant, halogen free, and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1. The part is supplied on tape and reel with a quantity of 8000 pieces per reel.
