The BAT54WT-7 from Diodes Incorporated is a surface-mount Schottky barrier diode designed for fast switching applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified forward current of 100mA, with a forward continuous current capability of 200mA. The diode offers a low forward voltage of 320mV at 1mA and 1V at 100mA, contributing to efficient operation.
This device includes a PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection, enhancing reliability in demanding environments. The reverse recovery time is a maximum of 5ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching circuits.
