The BAT54WS-TP is a 200mW, 30 Volt Schottky Barrier Diode manufactured by Micro Commercial Co. It is designed for surface mount applications and is housed in a compact SOD-323 package (SC-76).
This diode features a low forward voltage of 1V maximum at 100mA forward current and a low reverse leakage current of 2µA maximum at 25V reverse voltage. It offers a fast reverse recovery time of 5ns maximum. The junction capacitance is typically 10pF at 1V and 1MHz.
With a maximum junction operating temperature of 125°C and a thermal resistance of 500°C/W junction-to-ambient, this component is suitable for general-purpose switching and rectification in low-power circuits. The device is compliant with RoHS and is halogen free.
