The BAT54WS-E3-08 is a small signal Schottky diode from Vishay Dale, designed for low-power switching and rectification applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a forward continuous current rating of 200mA, with a repetitive peak forward current of 300mA and surge capability of 600mA for short durations.
This diode offers very low turn-on voltage, with typical forward voltages of 240mV at 0.1mA, 320mV at 1mA, 400mV at 10mA, 500mV at 30mA, and 800mV at 100mA. The fast reverse recovery time of 5ns (typical) makes it suitable for high-frequency switching circuits. Maximum power dissipation is 150mW, with a thermal resistance of 650 K/W junction-to-ambient.
The device is housed in a compact SOD-323 surface mount package weighing approximately 4.3mg, with gull wing terminations for easy PCB mounting.
