The BAT54WS-7-F is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for low-power, high-speed switching applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 100mA with a forward voltage drop of 1V at 100mA.
This diode offers fast switching with a reverse recovery time of 5ns, making it suitable for ultra high-speed switching circuits, reverse polarity protection, and freewheeling diodes in inductive loads. It can handle repetitive peak forward current up to 300mA and surge current up to 600mA.
