The BAT54WFILM is a Schottky diode designed for high-speed switching applications. It features a low forward voltage drop of 900 mV at 100 mA and a fast reverse recovery time of 5 ns. The diode can handle an average rectified current of 300 mA and has a junction capacitance of 10 pF at 1 V. It is housed in a compact SOT-323 surface-mount package, suitable for space-constrained designs. The operating junction temperature range is -40°C to 150°C.
