The BAT54TA is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for low voltage, high speed switching applications. The diode has a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified output current of 200mA. The forward voltage is typically 400mV at 10mA, and the reverse current is 2µA maximum. The reverse recovery time is 5ns typical, and the diode capacitance is 7.5pF at 1V, 1MHz. The device is housed in a SOT-23-3 package and is surface mountable. It features a PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection. The operating temperature range is up to 125°C. The diode is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free. Typical applications include polarity protection, freewheeling diodes, and high-speed switching circuits.
