The BAT54T1 is a Schottky barrier diode from onsemi designed for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. It features an extremely low forward voltage of 0.35 V typical at 10 mA, which reduces conduction loss and improves efficiency.
With a maximum reverse voltage of 30 V and forward current of 200 mA, this diode is suitable for low-voltage, low-current applications. The reverse recovery time is 5 ns maximum, enabling fast switching performance. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 125°C and is stored between -55°C and 150°C.
The BAT54T1 is housed in a miniature SOD-123 surface mount package, making it ideal for portable and handheld devices where space is limited. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel. The diode is Pb-free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant.
