It features extremely low forward voltage to reduce conduction loss, with typical forward voltage of 0.35V at 10mA. The device is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and a maximum forward current of 200mA.

 

Electrical characteristics include a reverse breakdown voltage of 30V minimum, reverse leakage current of 0.5µA typical and 2.0µA maximum at 25V, and total capacitance of 7.6pF typical and 10pF maximum at 1V and 1MHz. The reverse recovery time is 5ns maximum, enabling fast switching performance.

 

The device is housed in a surface mount SC-70 (SOT-323) package with three leads. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 3000 units per reel. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with storage temperature from -55°C to +150°C. Maximum power dissipation is 200mW at 25°C ambient.

 

This diode array is suitable for portable and handheld applications where space is limited, as well as general high speed switching and clamping circuits.
