The BAT54SWT-TP is a Schottky barrier diode array from Micro Commercial Components, featuring two diodes in a series configuration. It is designed for high-speed switching applications with a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average forward current of 200mA. The device offers low forward voltage: 240mV at 0.1mA, 320mV at 1mA, 500mV at 30mA, and 800mV at 100mA maximum. Reverse current is limited to 2.0µA at 25V. With a reverse recovery time of 5ns (typical 5ns maximum at IF=IR=10mA) and a junction capacitance of 10pF, it is suitable for fast switching circuits.
The array is housed in a surface-mount SOT-323 package (also SC-70), which is compact and suited for automated assembly. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C, and the device can dissipate up to 200mW. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel. The BAT54SWT-TP is halogen free and lead free, meeting RoHS requirements.
