The BAT54SW-7-F is a Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated, featuring two diodes in a series connection configuration. It is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30V and a maximum forward continuous current of 200mA. The forward voltage is typically 320mV at 1mA and 1V at 100mA. With a reverse recovery time of 5ns, it is suitable for fast switching applications.
This diode array is designed for surface mount assembly and is supplied in a SOT-323 package. The package is made of molded plastic with a 'Green' molding compound and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1. The terminals are finished with matte tin, making it lead-free and RoHS compliant. The device is also halogen and antimony free.
Typical applications include SMPS, DC-DC converters, freewheeling diodes, reverse polarity protection, and blocking diodes. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 125°C.
