The BAT54STA is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated, configured as one pair of series-connected diodes. It is designed for high-speed switching applications with a maximum reverse voltage of 30V and an average rectified current of 200mA at 25°C. The forward voltage is typically 1V and maximum 0.8V at 100mA, with a low reverse current of 2µA max at 25V.
The device incorporates a PN junction guard ring for transient and ESD protection, and offers fast switching with a reverse recovery time of 5ns. The repetitive peak forward current is rated at 300mA.
The BAT54STA is housed in a standard SOT-23 package (SOT-23-3) with matte tin finish terminals, suitable for surface mount assembly. It is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and free of halogens and antimony. The component is qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1. Packaged in tape and reel with 3000 pieces per reel, it has an approximate weight of 0.008g and operates up to 125°C maximum.
